I told the seller I would have my jeweler look at the earrings she again stated the earrings were 14k, stones were real. A few days later, that feedback was removed. there was a neutral feedback left by a buyer stating the item was not as described. I contacted the seller who insisted they WERE 14k and natural stones. I purchased the earrings but when I saw them it was obvious that they were definitely not 14k and not natural stones. once there was a negative FB from a buyer, but it then disappeared. Before purchasing the earrings, I reviewed the feedback a couple of times. However, I recently purchased earrings from a seller who had 100% positive feedback. I sell and buy on eBay so I see this from both sides. So I have read all the posts about negative feedback left for a seller and wanted to share a different scenario. Posting here should not be your first effort at learning something or troubleshooting. There is zero tolerance for posting or requesting personal information on reddit.
